The Fulton Road bridge leading to Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices and located directly over Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is closed for demolition and reconstruction. A new bridge will be built in its place and is expected to open summer 2009.
During construction, the main entrance to Cleveland Metroparks Administration Offices on Fulton Parkway will remain open. Visitors are advised to allow extra travel time and to follow posted detour signs. To avoid possible traffic delays, the following routes are recommended:
From I-71: Exit at West 25th Street and follow the Zoo signs. Pass the Zoo entrance and continue on Wildlife Way. Turn right at Fulton Parkway. Turn right into Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices. See X on map below. Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices are approximately 1.5 miles from the I-71 exit.
From I-90: Take I-71 South, exit at West 25th Street and follow the Zoo signs. Pass the Zoo entrance and continue on Wildlife Way. Turn right at Fulton Parkway. Turn right into Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices. See X on map below.
From I-480: Exit at State Road and take State Road north to Pearl Road. Follow the Zoo signs. Pass the Zoo entrance and continue on Wildlife Way. Turn right at Fulton Parkway. Turn right into Cleveland Metroparks Administrative Offices. See X on map below.
