Experience the park after dark, and discover the night life at Cleveland Metroparks “Nature at Night” event.
The free “Nature at Night” event celebrates the beauty of the night and all the nocturnal residents. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities related to the night, including live nocturnal animal programs, astronomy and stargazing through telescopes, songs and stories around a roaring campfire, children’s crafts, and night hikes.
Nighttime revelers can enjoy the ‘nighttime animal’ maze, night insect discovery area, special natural history presentations, and more! Visitors can also browse the great merchandise selections of EarthWords Nature Shops, and enjoy the refreshment area.

Then, be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy an evening concert under the stars with Blue Lunch
Blue Lunch is an eight piece band which plays 1950's era swing & jump blues along with Chicago-style blues and New Orleans R& B. Blue Lunch's lineup of bass, drums, guitar, harmonica, piano, and a full horn section enables Blue Lunch to keep the dance floor full wherever they play. In the competitive Northeast-Ohio music scene Blue Lunch stands out with its unique sound.
Blue Lunch performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, at world famous Severance Hall, the Ohio State Fair, and the Liberty Ball at the Presidential Inauguration. Blue Lunch has opened shows for Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Robert Cray, The Beach Boys and many other artists.
Enjoy a movie on the lawn at 9 p.m. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and watch the 2006 movie “Night at the Museum.”

Larry Daley takes a new job as the night guard with the Museum of Natural History. However, a seemingly easy job turns out to be a wild ride when he finds that an ancient curse has caused the "inhabitants" of the museum to come to life.
