Manakiki: The golf course won at Manakiki as 5 over par was good enough for
Kory Oslie to win the course championship. No players were able to break
par during the tournament for the first time in memory.

Timothy Nadon tied for 3rd recorded a hole-in-one on #8 on Saturday.
Ryan Stefanski finished 2nd for the second time
Two brothers qualified, Bill & Jim Schaeffer
Dan Hopkins made the last place to qualify for the GCAC finals after calling
4 penalty shots on himself on hole #1 of the first round.

Shawnee Hills: Champion Mike Grasso finished in a tie for second in last
year's GCAC at Sleepy Hollow. The first round leaders all had rough days on
Sunday all shooting in the mid-seventies, but all still managed to qualify
for the Championship.

Big Met: Defending champion Blake Furgerson won with a 4 under par total of
140 despite a double bogey on the 16th hole on Sunday. He responded with
birdies on 17 and 18 to defend his title. The competition was tough with 5
players finishing under par for 36 holes. Brian Dodd made a great comeback
with a 69 Sunday after an 83 Saturday. Unfortunately it wasn't quite enough
as he just missed qualifying.
