The following three Cleveland Metroparks swimming areas are free and open mid-June through mid- August:

Ledge Pool and Recreation Area

Ledge Pool (an 80- by 100-foot pool) is open Memorail Day weekend through mid-August. Ledge Pool and Recreation Area offers a concession stand, fishing along the shore of Ledge Lake, sand volleyball, a basketball court, and reserved picnic facilities. A Learn to Swim Program is also offered for children and adults.
