The 2.3 mile long connector trail extends 3.2 miles from the Big Creek all purpose trail at Lake Isaac to a trailhead on Eastland Road near Lake Abram.
The Lake to Lake Trail provides public access to the two largest remaining glacial pothole wetlands in Cuyahoga County, Lake Isaac and Lake Abram.
Lake Isaac is located off Big Creek Parkway in Big Creek Reservation, between Fowles Road and Main Street in Middleburg Heights.
Please note: The trail on Hepburn Road between Bagley Road and Jefferson Parkway follows the city sidewalk.

Driving Directions
To Lake Isaac:
I-71 - exit at Pearl Rd. (Rt 42)
(from the north, turn left/ from the south, turn right)
- at Fowles Rd., turn left (west) to Big Creek Parkway (.5 mile)
- turn left on Big Creek Parkway
- Lake Isaac Waterfowl Sanctuary will be on the right.
To Lake Abram:
I-71 - exit at Bagley Rd
(from the north, turn right/from the south, turn left)
- Go past Southwest General Hospital to Eastland Rd.
- Turn right on Eastland Rd. and Lake Abram parking will be on the right.
(NOTE: Eastland Rd. at Sheldon Rd. is under construction)
