Located in Newburgh Heights the 59-acre Washington Reservation is Cleveland Metroparks 15th reservation. The current home of the Horticultural Center and School, Washington Reservation's scheduled improvements include a nine-hole First Tee golf course and 30-station driving range, soccer/football field renovation, a new 30' x 45' picnic shelter, 63-car parking lot, new wetlands and rehabilitation of the arboretum, neighborhood all purpose trail linkages, baseball diamond renovation and refurbishment of the Battleship Maine Memorial and the American Legion Memorial.

A 1.1- mile all purpose trail along E. 49th Street and Washington Park Boulevard will connect the Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation at East 49th Street and Grant Avenue.
